Moon Clip Tools - Unloading

We thought we could improve on the tube style unloader.  We carry these tube style unloaders and other suppliers offer this same tube style with a screw driver type grip.  Basically it's a steel tube with a plastic grip. 

We increased the length from 5" to 6".  It now holds more shells. Next we reduced the diameter from 0.690" to 0.625" and the thickness of the tube from 0.090" to 0.050".  This reduces the  weight and make it easier to fit over the cases.  And finally we increased the grip handle length from 2.5" to 3". 

All little changes but they result in a tool that's significantly easier to use and weighs less.

We redesigned MCU-45ACP-1 tool with a smaller radius.  This tool will unload all the 8 shot moon clips.  It's a low cost way to unload these moon clips.  This also good for the 5 shot J Frame revolvers.
